研究目的:

1. 构建适用于中国PCOS生殖助孕人群的多维度风险预测指标体系; 2. 开发并验证高精度、可解释的AI风险预测模型,实现对复合性不良妊娠结局及子代近远期健康风险的精准量化预测; 3. 研发融合预测模型的数智化风险分层闭环管理系统,实现智能化管理流程; 4. 通过前瞻性队列研究验证该数智化管理体系的临床效能,为精准护理提供循证依据。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Establish a multi-dimensional risk prediction index system applicable to the reproductive assistance population with PCOS in China;2. Develop and validate an AI risk prediction model with high accuracy and interpretability, achieving precise quantitative prediction of complex adverse pregnancy outcomes and the short-term and long-term health risks of the offspring;3. Develop a digitalized risk stratification closed-loop management system integrating the prediction model, realizing intelligent management processes;4. Verify the clinical efficacy of this digitalized management system through a prospective cohort study, providing evidence-based basis for precise care.

排除标准:

1.高雄激素或排卵障碍由其他疾病导致;
2.助孕前已确诊糖尿病;
3.合并严重心、肝、肾功能不全或恶性肿瘤等;
4.染色体核型异常;
5.计划进行PGT的周期;
6.存在ART禁忌症;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Hyperandrogenism or ovulation disorders are caused by other diseases;
2.Diabetes has been diagnosed before attempting pregnancy;
3.Complicated with severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors, etc;
4.Chromosomal karyotype abnormalities;
5.The cycle planned for PGT;
6.There are ART contraindications;

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

本研究采用前瞻性队列设计,通过医院信息系统自动采集与专病数据库主动录入相结合的方式,系统收集PCOS助孕患者“孕前-孕产-子代”全周期多维度数据。建立了涵盖数据整合、清洗、质控、安全防护与标准化处理的完整数据管理体系,确保研究数据真实、准确、完整、安全,为后续风险预测模型的构建与验证奠定了坚实可靠的数据基础。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

This study adopted a prospective cohort design. Through a combination of automatic collection by the hospital information system and active entry from the specialized disease database, it systematically collected multi-dimensional data covering the entire cycle of "pre-pregnancy - pregnancy - offspring" for patients undergoing assisted pregnancy for PCOS. A complete data management system was established, including data integration, cleaning, quality control, security protection, and standardized processing, to ensure the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, and safety of the research data. This laid a solid and reliable data foundation for the subsequent construction and validation of risk prediction models.
