研究目的：

护理实习是护生从理论学习向临床实践过渡的关键阶段，临床适应不良直接影响实习质量和个人职业发展。本研究通过纵向混合研究全面探索护理本科实习生临床适应不良的变化轨迹及影响因素，分析本科护理实习生临床适应不良随临床实习时间呈现怎样的趋势，什么因素导致了这种变化原因。研究护理本科实习生从实习初期到后期的适应轨迹，分析不同实习时间阶段影响适应不良的关键因素，为实习护生的临床适应不良制定动态的干预措施提供依据，避免“一刀切”的干预方案。优化实习教育的时间安排和内容设计。  

Objectives of Study：

The nursing internship is a critical phase for nursing students as they transition from theoretical learning to clinical practice. Clinical maladjustment directly affects the quality of the internship and the individual's career development. This study employs a longitudinal mixed-method approach to comprehensively explore the trajectory and influencing factors of clinical maladjustment among undergraduate nursing interns. It aims to analyze the trends of clinical maladjustment in undergraduate nursing interns over the course of their clinical internship and identify the factors contributing to these changes. By examining the adaptation trajectories of nursing interns from the early to late stages of their internship, the study investigates the key factors influencing maladjustment at different stages of the internship. The findings will provide evidence for developing dynamic interventions tailored to the clinical maladjustment of nursing interns, avoiding a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Additionally, the study seeks to optimize the timing and content design of internship education programs.

排除标准：

1.自考本科、护理、 成人本科； 2.因个人原因（如请假、休学）未参与临床实习护生 ； 3.有精神疾病史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Self-study bachelor's degree, nursing, adult bachelor's degree; 2. Nursing students who did not participate in clinical practice due to personal reasons (such as taking leave or suspending studies); 3. History of mental illness
