研究目的：

将耳迷走神经电刺激引入脑梗死规范化临床治疗，作为常规治疗的一种补充手段，应用于伴有神经功能缺失的脑梗死患者，利用相应的功能量表评价患者神经功能恢复情况，包括运动、认知、情绪及社会活动能力等几方面，综合判断迷走神经电刺激治疗脑卒中患者的安全性及有效性；并进一步比较患者接受不同治疗时间及强度后功能恢复情况，寻找VNS治疗脑梗死患者的最适宜时间及强度；为临床最大程度改善脑梗死后神经功能提供新的思路和手段。

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

patients received the first ta-VNS after MCAO with 2 acupuncture needles connected to a stimulator and constant current as previously described The needles were inserted 0.5–1 mm under the skin over the left cavum concha A 30 s train of stimulation consisting of 0.5 ms square pulses (0.5 mA) delivered at 20 Hz was initiated after MCAO. Stimulation was repeated every 5 min for 1 h. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 不能耐受VNS或置于其中有其他严重风险的患者；② 不能坚持14或28天治疗，或治疗期间出现其他严重并发症或疾病需要优先处理的患者；③ 有进展性神经系统或其他严重器质性疾病患者；④ 单侧颈部迷走神经切断史、心律失常、哮喘或活动性肺疾患、消化性溃疡。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who cannot tolerate VNS or who are at other serious risk;
2. Patients who are unable to continue treatment for 14 or 28 days, or who have other serious complications or diseases that require priority treatment during treatment;
3. Patients with progressive nervous system or other serious organic diseases;
4. History of unilateral cervical vagus nerve dissection, arrhythmia, asthma or active lung disease, peptic ulcer.
