研究目的:

本研究将首次提出POP衍生参数、POP衍生参数手指足趾差值与微循环衰竭可能存在相关性并对预后可能的影响,其科学意义在于完善血流动力学监测理论框架,临床价值在于为循环衰竭提供新型无创、简便、实时的监测工具,指导循环衰竭的时时复苏策略,预测预后,并为未来在循环衰竭病人中开发AI驱动的智能预警系统(如集成POP衍生参数算法至监护设备)奠定循证基础。  

Objectives of Study:

This study will propose for the first time that there may be a correlation between POP-derived parameters, the differences in POP-derived parameters between fingers and toes, and microcirculatory failure, as well as the possible impact on prognosis. Its scientific significance lies in improving the theoretical framework of hemodynamic monitoring. The clinical value is to provide a new non-invasive, simple, and real-time monitoring tool for circulatory failure, guide real-time resuscitation strategies for circulatory failure, predict prognosis, and lay an evidence-based foundation for the future development of an AI-driven intelligent early warning system (such as integrating the POP-derived parameter algorithm into monitoring devices) in patients with circulatory failure.

排除标准:

1. 妊娠; 2. DNR; 3. 肤色较深或存在皮肤病变、创伤等干扰 CRT 测量;

Exclusion criteria:

1. pregnant woman; 2. DNR; 3. Confounding factors such as dark skin tone, cutaneous lesions, and traumatic injuries may compromise the accuracy of CRT;
