研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨生物学年龄与表型年龄加速度与围手术期诱导后低血压（PIH）和低脑电双频指数（PILBI）的关系，以及衰弱对其影响，为老年患者围手术期血压和麻醉深度管理提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the association between biological age, phenotypic age acceleration, and perioperative hypotension (PIH) and low bispectral index (PILBI) after induction, and evaluate the role of frailty, to provide evidence for perioperative blood pressure and anesthesia depth management in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.急诊手术患者； 2.依从性差，无法完成术前评估的患者； 3.计划行清醒纤维支气管镜插管的患者； 4.严重心功能不全（NYHA IV级）、近期心肌梗死（6个月内）、严重主动脉瓣或二尖瓣疾病病史； 5.肾小球滤过率（eGFR）＜30 ml/min/1.73m^2。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 2. Patients with poor compliance who cannot complete preoperative evaluation; 3. Patients scheduled for awake fiberoptic bronchoscope intubation; 4. Severe heart failure (NYHA class IV), recent myocardial infarction (within 6 months), or history of severe aortic or mitral valve disease; 5. Glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) <30 ml/min/1.73m^2.
