Objectives of Study: |
o identify the types of invisible work (anticipatory clinical reasoning, coordination work, and emotional labor) performed by ophthalmic operating room nurses in high-turnover cataract surgery and describe their manifestations at critical work nodes; to elucidate the organizational mechanisms (workflow design, indicator systems, professional relationships, and professional socialization) through which invisible work is undervalued and analyze its impact on nurses' physical and mental burden, professional identity, retention, and turnover trajectories. |

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC: |
采用分级去标识化与最小可识别原则。录音、转录稿、田野笔记、编码文件分别存放于加密文件夹,设置访问权限并记录访问日志。原始录音与可识别映射表分离保存;研究结束后按机构要求保存至少5年。数据分析软件拟使用NVivo或ATLAS.ti。研究发表仅呈现汇总与匿名引语,删除姓名、日期、手术间编号等可推断信息。 |

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture: |
A tiered de-identification and minimal identifiability principle is adopted. Audio recordings, transcripts, field notes, and coding files are stored in encrypted folders with access permissions and access logs. Raw recordings and identifiable mapping tables are stored separately; data will be retained for at least 5 years post-study per institutional requirements. Data analysis software will be NVivo or ATLAS.ti. Study publications will present only aggregated and anonymized quotes, removing names, dates, operating room numbers, and other identifiable information. |
