研究目的:

评价"眼科NTS情景培训"对眼科手术室洗手护士NTS自我效能的提升效果。次要目的:通过质性访谈探索自我效能提升的个人体验、认知转变过程及关键影响因素。同时形成可推广的标准化培训内容与实施流程。  

Objectives of Study:

To evaluate the effect of "Ophthalmic NTS Scenario Training" on non-technical skills self-efficacy of ophthalmic scrub nurses. Secondary objective: To explore personal experiences, cognitive transformation processes, and key influencing factors of self-efficacy improvement through qualitative interviews. Additionally, to develop standardized training content and implementation procedures for wider application.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.进修、实习、轮转护士及护士长; 2.近1年内接受过系统的NTS相关培训; 3.研究期间计划或可能发生岗位调动、长期休假(≥1个月)者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Trainee nurses, intern nurses, rotating nurses, and head nurses; 2.Those who have received systematic NTS-related training within the past year; 3.Those who plan to or may undergo job transfer or long-term leave (>=1 month) during the study period.

本研究采用区组随机化方法,由研究负责人使用SAS 9.4软件(随机种子数:20240208,区组大小:4,1:1分配比例)产生随机序列,共12个区组,确保试验组与对照组各23例。

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

所有数据采用统一编码,去标识化后录入。在线问卷数据导出后建立数据库,由两名研究人员独立核查;质性访谈录音转录后匿名化保存。数据仅限研究团队访问,定期备份,研究结束后至少保存5年。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

All Data will be encoded and de-identified before entry. Online questionnaire data will be exported to establish a database and independently verified by two researchers. Qualitative interview recordings will be transcribed and anonymized. Data access is limited to the research team, with regular backups, and will be retained for at least 5 years after study completion.
