研究目的：

我们计划通过高通量单细胞多组学测序技术和多种验证方法，从组织－细胞－分子层面，从不同发育的时间分辨率到不同视神经节段的空间分辨率上研究细胞的多样性和异质性，寻找在人视神经发育过程中的关键基因和调控机制，揭示这些基因与视觉神经系统及脑神经系统疾病的相关性，从细胞和分子层面上揭示视神经发育过程中的细胞组成的动态变化和分子调控机制，以及功能逐步形成的关键调控机理，对寻找视觉通路的发育特征和疾病干预治疗的方法有着重要的基础意义。  

Objectives of Study：

We plan to study the diversity and heterogeneity of cells at the tissue-cell-molecule level, from the temporal resolution of different development to the spatial resolution of different optic nerve segments through high-throughput single-cell multi-omics sequencing technology and a variety of validation methods, to search for the key genes and regulatory mechanisms during human optic nerve development, and to reveal the relevance of these We will study the cellular diversity and heterogeneity of the human optic nerve from different developmental time resolution to the spatial resolution of different optic nerve segments, search for key genes and regulatory mechanisms during the development of the human optic nerve, and reveal the correlation between these genes and the diseases of the optic nervous system and the brain nervous system.
