研究目的：

1.探讨不同程度（轻、中、重）OSAHS 患者认知功能障碍、耳鸣困扰及眩晕障碍的发生率与特点。 2.分析 MoCA 评分与 THI、DHI、ESS、AHI、LSaO2、BMI、病程、睡眠结构等因素的相关性。 3.明确 OSAHS 患者认知、耳鸣、眩晕障碍的共同危险因素，探索影响 OSAHS 患者认知功能的独立预测因素，为临床多维度干预提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the incidence and characteristics of cognitive dysfunction, tinnitus disturbance and vertigo disorder in patients with different degrees (mild, moderate, severe) of OSAHS. 2. Analyze the correlation between MoCA score and factors such as THI, DHI, ESS, AHI, LSaO2, BMI, disease duration, sleep structure, etc. 3. Identify the common risk factors for cognitive, tinnitus and vertigo disorders in OSAHS patients, and explore the independent predictive factors affecting the cognitive function of OSAHS patients, providing a basis for clinical multi-dimensional intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并神经或精神疾病、脑部病变、失眠等影响认知功能评定的患者；
2. 中枢性或混合性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征；
3. 严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全；
4. 正在服用影响睡眠和精神状态的药物或酗酒；
5. 不愿配合调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Comorbid neurological or psychiatric disorders, cerebral pathology, or insomnia that could interfere with cognitive assessment.
2. Central or mixed sleep apnea syndrome.
3. Severe impairment of cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal function.
4. Current use of medications affecting sleep or mental state, or alcohol abuse.
5. Unwillingness to cooperate with the study procedures.
