研究目的：

本研究的首要目的是探索接受泌尿外科手术的患者，麻醉诱导时单次给予艾司 氯胺酮是否能有效降低会阴部消毒后阴茎博起的发生几率。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to explore whether a single administration of esketamine during anesthesia induction can effectively reduce the incidence of penile erection after perineal disinfection in patients undergoing urological surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对实验药物过敏的 2. 精神障碍 3. 术前合并中枢神经系统疾病 4. 术前合并青光眼 5. 心功能不全 6. 非计划入 ICU 7. 控制不良的高血压 8. 会阴部外科消毒前使用血管活性药物 9. 阴茎勃起障碍 10. 拒绝参加本实验

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to the experimental drug 2. Mental disorder 3. Preoperative coexisting central nervous system disease 4. Preoperative coexisting glaucoma 5. Heart dysfunction 6. Unplanned admission to ICU 7. Poorly controlled hypertension 8. Use of vasoactive drugs before perineal surgical disinfection 9. Erectile dysfunction of the penis 10. Refusal to participate in this experiment
