Objectives of Study：

The study aims to confirm that lidocaine spray can effectively reduce the sedative dose of remimazolam during anesthesia for gastrointestinal endoscopy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 存在肝肾功能不全的患者； 2. 存在困难气道； 3. 对本研究相关药物可能过敏； 4. 精神或认知功能存在障碍的； 5. 麻醉诱导前24小时接受镇静/麻醉的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with a difficult airway; 3. Patients with potential allergies to the medications used in this study; 4. Patients with mental or cognitive disorders; 5. Patients who received sedation or anesthesia within 24 hours before anesthesia induction.
