研究目的：

本研究采用ABC-X作为理论模型，利用横断面调查，对老年失能失智患者家庭照护者的决策疲劳现状有较为客观的了解，通过线性回归以及潜在剖面分析法，探索老年失能失智患者家庭照护者决策疲劳的现状及影响因素，并探讨各变量影响照护者决策疲劳的作用路径，以期为老年失能失智患者家庭照护者制定专业的干预方案提供依据，提升老年失能失智患者家庭照护者决策质量和效率，进一步改善老年失能失智患者健康结局。

Objectives of Study：

This study uses ABC-X as a theoretical model and employs a cross-sectional survey to gain a relatively objective understanding of the current state of decision fatigue among family caregivers of elderly patients with disability and dementia. Through linear regression and latent profile analysis, it explores the current situation and influencing factors of decision fatigue in family caregivers of elderly patients with disability and dementia, and investigates the pathways through which various variables affect caregivers' decision fatigue. The aim is to provide a basis for formulating professional intervention programs for family caregivers of elderly patients with disability and dementia, improve the quality and efficiency of caregivers' decision-making, and further enhance the health outcomes of elderly patients with disability and dementia.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 不愿参加本调查或有交流及语言表达障碍； 2. 同时参与其他研究； 3. 家庭照护者患有精神、心理、认知障碍等疾病或有物质依赖者； 4. 家庭照护者在近 3 个月内经历重大应激生活事件者（如丧亲、离异、罹患重病等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unwilling to participate in this survey or having communication and language expression barriers; 2. Simultaneously participating in other studies; 3. Family caregivers with mental, psychological, or cognitive disorders, or substance dependence; 4. Family caregivers who have experienced major stressful life events in the past 3 months (such as bereavement, divorce, serious illness, etc.).

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据采集采用纸质病例记录表（CRF）与Excel 电子表格相结合的方式进行收集与管理。由经过统一培训的研究者填写病例记录表，数据录入后采用双人双录入核对，确保数据准确。本研究未使用专业电子数据采集（EDC）系统，数据由研究者专人保管、备份，严格保密。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data collection was conducted using a combination of paper case report forms (CRF) and Excel spreadsheets for collection and management. The case report forms were filled out by researchers who had received standardized training. After data entry, a double data entry verification method was used to ensure data accuracy. This study did not use a professional electronic data capture (EDC) system; the data were kept and backed up exclusively by the researchers and maintained strictly confidential.
