研究目的:

基于上述背景,本研究旨在回顾性收集我院及合作多中心眼科/影像科既往眼眶肿瘤患者的高质量影像学(MRI/CT)数据及临床病理资料,利用先进的深度学习算法构建眼眶肿瘤智能诊疗模型。本研究将致力于解决三个核心问题: a)无创定性诊断:构建模型以精准鉴别眼眶肿瘤的性质,减少不必要的诊断性活检。 b)疗效与预后预测:通过多模态数据分析,提前预测手术效果及术后复发风险。 c)治疗策略辅助:对比AI推荐的治疗策略与实际临床医师的决策差异,探索AI作为“第二诊疗意见”在优化医疗资源配置、降低误诊误治风险中的价值。  

Objectives of Study:

Based on the above background, this study aims to retrospectively collect high-quality imaging (MRI/CT) data and clinical pathological information of past orbital tumor patients from our hospital and multiple collaborating centers of ophthalmology/radiology, and to construct an intelligent diagnosis and treatment model for orbital tumors using advanced deep learning algorithms. This study will focus on addressing three core issues: a) Non-invasive qualitative diagnosis: Building a model to accurately distinguish the nature of orbital tumors and reduce unnecessary diagnostic biopsies. b) Prediction of therapeutic effect and prognosis: Through multi-modal data analysis, predict surgical outcomes and postoperative recurrence risks in advance. c) Assistance in treatment strategy: Comparing the treatment strategies recommended by AI with the actual decisions made by clinical physicians, exploring the value of AI as a "second opinion" in optimizing medical resource allocation and reducing the risk of misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
