研究目的：

主要目的:通过文献回顾和半结构式访谈，探索目前成人炎症性肠病患者在自我管理中存在的阻碍因素，明确患者在自我管理中需要改变的行为，并使用COM-B模型分析文献回顾及访谈结果，给出针对性建议。根据行为改变轮理论（BCW理论），使用九大干预功能中针对映射到COM-B模型中的阻碍因素选择特定的干预功能，进而制定相应的干预措施，形成干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary purpose: Through literature review and semi-structured interviews, this study aims to explore the current barriers to self-management among adult patients with inflammatory bowel disease, and identify behaviors that need to be changed in patients’ self-management. The results of the literature review and interviews will be analyzed using the COM-B model, and targeted recommendations will be provided. Based on the Behavior Change Wheel (BCW) theory, specific intervention functions will be selected from the nine intervention functions to target the barrier factors mapped to the COM-B model, so as to formulate corresponding intervention strategies and establish an intervention program.
