Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effects of high-resolution music on the sleep and cognitive function of elderly people with sleep disorders in nursing homes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.听力或视力有障碍，不能配合高分辨率音乐试听或认知测试； 2.认知功能受损严重或被诊断为影响认知功能的脑部疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have hearing or vision impairments that prevent them from cooperating with high-resolution music audition or cognitive testing; 2.Have severe cognitive impairment or have been diagnosed with a brain disease that affects cognitive function.
