研究目的：

（1）了解多中心ICU中机械通气患者误吸预防与管理现状，误吸发生率及相关临床结局特征。 （2）基于实施映射框架，识别机械通气患者误吸预防与管理团体标准在ICU推广实施过程中的主要障碍与促进因素，构建适用于多中心团体标准实施策略。 （3）验证机械通气患者误吸预防与管理团体标准实施策略在多中心ICU中转化实施的有效性、可行性及可持续性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To assess the current status of aspiration prevention and management for mechanically ventilated patients in multicenter ICUs, and to identify the incidence of aspiration and the characteristics of relevant clinical outcomes.(2)To identify the primary barriers and facilitators to the promotion and implementation of group standards for aspiration prevention and management in ICUs based on the Implementation Mapping framework, and to develop a comprehensive implementation strategy bundle (toolkit) tailored for multicenter ICUs.(3) To evaluate the effectiveness, feasibility, and sustainability of the implementation strategy bundle (toolkit) for aspiration prevention and management group standards when translated into clinical practice across multicenter ICUs.

The execution rate was calculated as the proportion of compliant instances out of the total instances multiplied by 100%.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采集机械通气患者人口学、临床及结局指标数据，采用标准化工具多中心同步采集，经统一培训质控。数据实行双人双录入交叉核对，逻辑核查清理后编制数据表。电子数据加密存储于医院服务器，纸质数据专柜加锁，双重备份+权限管理，全程去标识化护隐私。数据仅用于本研究，共享需伦理批准并签协议。研究结束后保留3年，按规合规销毁，全程遵循相关法规。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study collected demographic, clinical, and outcome data from mechanically ventilated patients using standardized tools across multiple centers simultaneously. All data collection was preceded by unified training and strict quality control measures. To ensure accuracy, data were managed via double-entry with cross-checking, followed by rigorous logical verification and cleaning before the final database was established.Data security was maintained through a dual-storage system: electronic data were encrypted and stored on hospital servers, while paper records were kept in locked cabinets. We implemented a robust management protocol involving dual backups, permission-based access, and comprehensive de-identification to protect patient privacy. The data are strictly restricted to this study; any future sharing requires further ethical approval and formal agreements. All records will be retained for three years post-study before being destroyed in compliance with regulatory standards and relevant data protection laws.
