探讨基于超分辨率超声技术定量评估的颈动脉斑块内新生血管相关参数与颈动脉狭窄患者未来缺血性血管事件的相关性  

Objectives of Study:

Exploring the correlation between parameters related to intraplaque neovascularization quantified by super-resolution ultrasound and future ischemic vascular events in patients with carotid stenosis.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 非动脉粥样硬化性颈动脉狭窄(如颈动脉夹层、大动脉炎、肌纤维发育不良等); 2. 病变同侧颈内动脉颅内段或大脑中动脉存在重度狭窄(≥70%)或闭塞者; 3. 心源性栓塞引起的缺血性卒中; 4. 存在急慢性感染、出血性疾病、凝血功能异常或其他系统严重疾病者; 5. 已行同侧颈动脉内膜切除术、血管旁路移植、颈动脉支架置入术等血运重建治疗; 6. 超声图像质量不佳; 7. 对超声造影剂过敏者; 8. 存在其他不适合参加该试验的情况,排除时将予以说明;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Non-atherosclerotic carotid artery stenosis (e.g., carotid artery dissection, Takayasu arteritis, fibromuscular dysplasia, etc.); 2. Severe stenosis (≥70%) or occlusion in the intracranial segment of the internal carotid artery or the middle cerebral artery on the same side as the lesion; 3. Ischemic stroke of cardiogenic embolism origin; 4. Presence of acute or chronic infections, hemorrhagic diseases, coagulation disorders, or other severe systemic conditions; 5. Prior revascularization treatments on the same side, such as carotid endarterectomy, vascular bypass grafting, or carotid artery stenting; 6. Poor-quality ultrasound images; 7. Allergy to ultrasound contrast agents; 8. Any other conditions deemed unsuitable for participation in this trial, with reasons for exclusion to be specified;
