研究目的:

1.主要目的:‌ “全密闭脉冲正压涡流装置冲封管系统”在降低深静脉置管或中线导管相关血流感染(CRBSI)发生率方面的有效性,明确该系统在临床中预防导管感染的实际应用价值。 2.‌次要目的‌: (1)探讨该系统在清除导管内壁细菌生物膜方面的能力; (2)评估其对减少导管堵管率、提升导管通畅性与延长使用寿命的作用; (3)评价其使用过程中的安全性与医护人员的操作依从性。  

Objectives of Study:

1. Main purpose: The effectiveness of the "fully enclosed pulse positive pressure vortex flow device flush and seal tube system" in reducing the incidence of catheter-related bloodstream infections (CRBSI) associated with deep vein catheterization or central line catheterization is demonstrated, highlighting the practical application value of this system in preventing catheter infections in clinical practice. 2. Secondary objective: (1) Explore the system's ability to remove bacterial biofilm from the inner wall of catheters; (2) Evaluate its effect on reducing catheter blockage rate, improving catheter patency, and extending service life; (3) Evaluate the safety during its use and the compliance of medical staff in its operation.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.导管术前已有明确感染征象或血培养阳性者; 2.合并严重免疫抑制状态(如活动性肿瘤化疗、长期激素使用、器官移植等); 3.导管使用不规范或患者存在依从性差者; 4.合并出血倾向或凝血机制障碍。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with clear signs of infection or positive blood cultures before catheterization; 2. Combined with severe immunosuppression (such as active tumor chemotherapy, long-term hormone use, organ transplantation, etc.); 3. Non-standard use of catheters or poor patient compliance; 4. Combined bleeding tendency or coagulation mechanism disorder.
