研究目的:

本研究旨在通过回顾性分析广州医科大学2019级至2022级的全校学生在4年的体测数据,以2020年至2024年那体质测试为主要分析,并通过结合上述4个年级在大学4年期间(2019年至2025年)体测数据,评估自2021年开始实施的体育教学综合改革方案对学生体质健康水平的影响效果。  

Objectives of Study:

This study aims to evaluate the effect of the comprehensive physical education teaching reform program, implemented since 2021, on students' physical fitness levels. This will be achieved through a retrospective analysis of the physical fitness test data of all students from the 2019 to 2022 cohorts at Guangzhou Medical University. The primary analysis will focus on the physical fitness tests conducted from 2020 to 2024, and will be supplemented by integrating the physical fitness test data from these four cohorts throughout their four years of university (2019 to 2025).

排除标准:

1. 体测数据严重缺失或无效者; 2. 因伤、病等原因获批免测者; 3. 休学、转学者。

Exclusion criteria:

Individuals meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1. Those with severely missing or invalid physical fitness test data; 2. Those granted exemption from testing due to injury, illness, or other reasons; 3. Those who have suspended their studies or transferred to another institution.

以广州医科大学2020-2022级本科生为对象,实施“阳光长跑”干预。跑步地点为番禺校区田径场,时间为每学期第1-16周(6:00-22:00)。男生单次有效跑距2km,女生1.5km,配速3-8min/km,时长3-16分钟。每次跑步需完成起点、终点及中途共3次人脸识别,每日仅记录1次有效成绩。阳光跑成绩占体育总评15%,有效次数25次起计。干预时长:2020级共2个学期,2021、2022级共3个学期。违规行为(代跑、骑车等)将作废成绩。

Intervention:

This study was conducted among undergraduate students enrolled at Guangzhou Medical University in 2020, 2021, and 2022. The "Sunshine Long-Distance Running" intervention was implemented at the track and field of the Panyu Campus during Weeks 1 to 16 of each semester, between 6:00 and 22:00 daily. The effective running distance per session was 2 km for male students and 1.5 km for female students, with a required pace of 3–8 min/km and a duration of 3–16 minutes. Each run required three facial recognition checkpoints: at the start, midpoint, and end. Only one valid record per student per day was counted. Performance in the Sunshine Running program accounted for 15% of the total physical education grade, with credits awarded starting from 25 valid runs per semester. The intervention duration varied by cohort: two semesters for the 2020 cohort, and three semesters for the 2021 and 2022 cohorts. Any violations, such as proxy running or cycling, resulted in invalidation of the results.
