研究目的：

本研究将贵州中医药大学第二附属医院伤口造口护理门诊的慢性伤口患者作为研究对象，对前期构建的《基于IMB模型的慢性伤口患者健康教育干预方案》进行临床应用，探究该方案对慢性伤口患者的伤口愈合结局、自我管理能力、生活质量以及患者满意度的影响。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the patients with chronic wounds in the wound stoma nursing clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were taken as the research objects, and the ' health education intervention program for patients with chronic wounds based on IMB model ' constructed in the early stage was applied clinically to explore the effect of this program on wound healing outcome, self-management ability, quality of life and patient satisfaction of patients with chronic wounds.

排除标准：

1.病情危重，有严重心、肝、脑、肾等重要器官损伤，生命体征异常，随时可能发生病情变化； 2.意识不清或精神障碍者； 3.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Critically ill, with serious heart, liver, brain, kidney and other important organ damage, abnormal vital signs, at any time may change the condition ; 2. Patients with unconsciousness or mental disorders ; 3. Pregnant or lactating women.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

根据纳入排除标准，将纳入的84例慢性伤口患者，按照就诊先后顺序依次进行编号，编号范围为01至84。随后，将这些编号导入SPSS26.0软件当中，利用随机数生成器对编号进行随机化处理。通过转换计数变量，生成一组随机数字，再将随机数字进行个案排秩，产生一组R（排秩）的随机数字。将R值在1至42的患者分配至对照组，R值在43至84的患者分配至试验组，最终根据分组序号进行相应的干预措施。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the 84 enrolled patients with chronic wounds were sequentially numbered from 01 to 84 in the order of their clinic visits. These numbers were then imported into SPSS 26.0 software, and a random number generator was used to randomize the numbers. A set of random numbers was generated by converting categorical variables, followed by case ranking of these random numbers to produce a set of ranked (R) random numbers. Patients with an R value ranging from 1 to 42 were assigned to the control group, while those with an R value from 43 to 84 were allocated to the intervention group. Ultimately, corresponding intervention measures were implemented in accordance with the group assignment serial numbers.

Blinding：	In accordance with the principles of a single-blind study design, the grouping assignments were informed only to the intervention providers, who delivered clinical interventions based on the assigned groups. The research subjects were unaware of their own grouping status, and the data collectors and data analysts were blinded to the patients’ grouping and the intervention regimens they received.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究采用纸质版病例记录表（CRF），由培训合格的研究人员在门诊完成填写；电子数据采集采用 Excel 双人双录入，建立数据备份与核查机制，确保数据的完整性、准确性与可追溯性，所有数据作均留有审计痕迹，数据锁定后不可修改。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	In this study, paper-based Case Report Forms (CRFs) were used and completed at the outpatient clinic by trained and qualified researchers. For electronic data capture, double data entry was performed using Excel. A dedicated data backup and verification mechanism was established to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and traceability of the data. Audit trails were retained for all data operations, and no modifications were permitted after data locking.
