研究目的：

主要目的：评价68Ga标记靶向EPHA2环肽分子探针（[68Ga]Ga-EP1、[68Ga]Ga-EP4）在EPHA2阳性实体瘤诊断中的有效性、安全性及剂量学特征；探索其在疾病早期诊断中的应用价值。 次要目的：评估探针在患者体内的生物分布；对比18F-FDG PET/CT的诊断优势。  

Objectives of Study：

Primary Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy, safety and dosimetric characteristics of ⁶⁸Ga-labeled EPHA2-targeting cyclic peptide molecular probes ([⁶⁸Ga]Ga-EP1, [⁶⁸Ga]Ga-EP4) in the diagnosis of EPHA2-positive solid tumors; and to explore their application value in early disease diagnosis. Secondary Objectives: To assess the biodistribution of the probes in patients; and to compare the diagnostic advantages with ¹⁸F-FDG PET/CT.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 无法完成PET/CT检查（如幽闭恐惧症） 2: 存在脑转移、未控制的基础疾病等 3: 既往抗癌治疗毒性未恢复至0-1级 4: 活动性自身免疫性疾病 5: 近期参与其他放射性药物试验 6: 妊娠期、哺乳期女性

Exclusion criteria：

1: Unable to complete PET/CT examination (e.g., claustrophobia). 2: Presence of brain metastasis, uncontrolled underlying diseases, etc. 3: Toxicity from previous anticancer therapy has not recovered to grade 0–1. 4: Active autoimmune diseases. 5: Recently participated in other radiopharmaceutical trials. 6: Pregnant or lactating women.
