研究目的：

应用宏基因组技术揭示急性出血性脑卒中机械通气患者口腔菌群时间变化规律，据此提出合理的口腔护理频率，并在前瞻性随机对照临床试验中加以验证，明确此口腔护理频率是否对呼吸机相关性肺炎产生影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The macrogenome technique was used to reveal the time change rule of oral microflora in patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke with mechanical ventilation, based on which a reasonable frequency of oral care was proposed and verified in a prospective randomized controlled clinical trial to determine whether this frequency of oral care had an impact on ventilator associated pneumonia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并有肺部慢性感染性疾病，如慢性喘息性支气管炎、COPD、支气管扩张、脓胸等疾病。
2、出血性脑卒中发病超过48小时
3、脑卒中发病后发生过明显误吸
4、气管插管时吸出明显胃液样物
5、急诊术前CT检查已存在明显肺不张或肺炎
6、年龄＜18岁或＞80岁
7、正参加其它临床试验的患者
8、患有严重口腔内感染性疾病
9、研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者

Exclusion criteria：

1. It is associated with chronic pulmonary infectious diseases, such as chronic asthmatic bronchitis, COPD, bronchiectasis, and empyema;
2. The incidence of hemorrhagic stroke is over 48 hours;
3. There was obvious aspiration after the onset of stroke;
4. Obvious gastric juice samples were sucked out during intubation;
5. CT examination before emergency operation showed obvious pulmonary atelectasis or pneumonia;
6. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials;
7. Suffering from severe intra-oral infectious diseases;
8. The researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trial participants.
