1.归纳总结孕晚期脐血管自发破裂的临床特征 2.分析探讨造成不同结局的血管破裂病例之间的生理病理差异 3.整理此类病例的临床早期识别与处理方案

1. Summarize the clinical characteristics of spontaneous umbilical vessel rupture in late pregnancy. 2. Analyze and discuss pathophysiological differences among cases with varying outcomes. 3. Develop early clinical identification and management protocols for such cases

排除标准：

缺乏完整病历资料（代谢指标化验不全），分娩孕周小于28周者；

Exclusion criteria：

Incomplete medical records (incomplete metabolic indicator tests), gestational age at delivery less than 28 weeks;
