研究目的：

1.验证中药对失眠的改善效应，同时解析中药干预后肠道菌群的结构重塑特征及关键差异菌属、特异性代谢产物（如短链脂肪酸、胆汁酸）的变化规律； 2. 借助动物实验深入探索肠道菌群及其代谢产物通过微生物 - 肠 - 脑轴调控失眠的分子机制，为中药治疗失眠提供新靶点与实验依据。

Objectives of Study：

1.To verify the improving effect of traditional Chinese medicine on insomnia, and to analyze the structural remodeling characteristics of gut microbiota, as well as the changes of key differential genera and specific metabolites (such as short-chain fatty acids and bile acids) after intervention with traditional Chinese medicine; 2.To further explore the molecular mechanism by which gut microbiota and its metabolites regulate insomnia through the microbiota-gut-brain axis using animal experiments, so as to provide new targets and experimental evidence for the treatment of insomnia with traditional Chinese medicine.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.睡眠呼吸暂停综合征或躯体疾病引起的失眠； 2.重度抑郁，有自杀倾向或者曾经有过自杀行为者； 3.主要证候表现：自觉怕冷，舌淡苔薄白； 4.妊娠或者哺乳期女性； 5.具有严重的原发性心、肝、肺、肾、血液或影响其生存的严重疾病，如：肿瘤或艾滋病，SCr＞1.5N（N为正常值上限），ALT＞2N（N为正常值上限），血白细胞＜3.0×10^9/L； 6.由于精神障碍不能给予充分知情同意者； 7.根据研究者判断不适合入组的其他情况，如环境变动等易失访者； 8.正在参加其他临床研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Insomnia caused by sleep apnea syndrome or somatic diseases; 2. Severe depression with suicidal ideation or a history of suicidal behavior; 3. Main syndromes: subjective aversion to cold, pale tongue with thin white coating; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, lung, kidney, or hematological system, or other life-threatening severe diseases (e.g., malignant tumor, AIDS); serum creatinine (SCr) > 1.5 × upper limit of normal (N), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) > 2 × N, white blood cell (WBC) count < 3.0 × 10⁹/L; 6. Individuals unable to provide adequate informed consent due to mental disorders; 7. Other conditions deemed unsuitable for enrollment by the investigator, such as those prone to loss to follow-up due to environmental changes; 8. Individuals currently participating in other clinical trials.
