研究目的：

（1）探究深圳市社区老年人群认知功能促进综合性干预的影响因素，构建针对性的基层综合干预策略； （2）检验基层综合性干预策略对提升社区老年人群认知功能促进的实施过程、结果及效应。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To explore the influencing factors of comprehensive interventions for promoting cognitive function among community-dwelling older adults in Shenzhen, and to develop targeted comprehensive primary-level intervention strategies; (2) To examine the implementation process, outcomes and effects of the comprehensive primary-level intervention strategies on improving cognitive function promotion for community-dwelling older adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

干预方案包括四个方面： 1. 健康宣教：健康教育以讲座的形式开展，内容涉及老年人失智的认识与预防及科学运动、合理膳食等良好生活行为方式。内容以实用性强、易于理解的常识知识普及为主。针对目前已知的对认知功能危害的环境污染物进行科普宣传教育，并提供减少或避免暴露的健康生活方式。每月1次，每次30分钟。 2.代谢性风险因素控制：全科医生针对高血压、糖尿病、高脂血症进行监测和药物控制指导。每月1次，每次15分钟。 3.阶段性运动干预：根据阶段变化理论的五个阶段，由经过运动处方培训的运动康复师或社康中心全科医生根据老年人个性化特征给出运动处方，从而开展运动与认知功能健康教育运动指导。每周1次，每次30分钟。 4.认知训练：组织研究对象开展唱歌、读诗、剪纸、拼图、魔方等益智活动。每周1次，每次30分钟。 5.个性化营养指导：由营养医师一对一制定一周营养食谱，每次随访时进行24小时回顾膳食调查。每月1次，每次15分钟。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.已确诊的痴呆症； 2.因耳聋、眼盲、失声等无法配合调查； 3.存在使锻炼不安全的医疗条件或患者无法锻炼（如抑郁症、无法控制的高血压、无法控制的高血糖和其他神经系统疾病）； 4.正在医疗机构接受躯体/认知功能治疗或康复者； 5.未来一年内有乔迁计划或长时间外出； 6.参与影响本研究的其他实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Confirmed diagnosis of dementia; 2. Unable to cooperate with the investigation due to deafness, blindness, aphonia, etc.; 3. Having medical conditions that make exercise unsafe or being unable to exercise (e.g., depression, uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled hyperglycemia, and other neurological diseases); 4. Currently receiving physical or cognitive function treatment or rehabilitation in medical institutions; 5. Planning to move or stay away for a long time within one year; 6. Participating in other trials that may affect the present study.

Participants from two community health centers were divided into two groups according to their recruitment centers. Researchers in the project team assigned random numbers to the two centers using Microsoft Excel. The center with the larger random number was assigned to the intervention group, and the one with the smaller number to the control group.
