研究目的：

在健康生态学视角下，了解维持性血液透析患者衰弱现状，对患者衰弱状态进行纵向评估，系统描述衰弱水平随时间的变化特征；通过潜变量增长混合模型识别衰弱变化的潜在轨迹亚群；进一步分析不同衰弱轨迹亚群的临床特征差异及其相关因素，为血液透析患者衰弱的动态评估和分层管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

From a health ecological perspective, this study aims to investigate the current status of frailty in maintenance hemodialysis patients and to conduct longitudinal assessments of their frailty status, thereby systematically characterizing the temporal patterns of change in frailty levels. Latent growth mixture modeling will be employed to identify potential trajectory subgroups of frailty over time. Furthermore, differences in clinical characteristics among the identified frailty trajectory subgroups and their associated factors will be analyzed. The findings are expected to provide evidence for dynamic assessment and stratified management of frailty in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.

排除标准：

排除标准： （1）同时接受腹膜透析或者由腹膜透析转为血液透析治疗的患者； （2）患有癌症、血液系统疾病、严重感染或肝功能衰竭的患者； （3）血液透析频率不规律者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients concurrently receiving peritoneal dialysis or those who have been converted from peritoneal dialysis to hemodialysis; (2) Patients with cancer, hematologic diseases, severe infections, or liver failure; (3) Patients undergoing irregular hemodialysis treatment.
