本研究探讨宿主六基因甲基化检测识别宫颈癌前病变及宫颈癌的灵敏度和特异性，以及宿主六基因甲基化检测在宫颈癌筛查、分流及预后评估中的应用价值。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the sensitivity and specificity of host hexagene methylation detection in identifying cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer, as well as its application value in cervical cancer screening, triage and prognosis evaluation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.排除宫颈的转移癌 （2）排除有其他恶性肿瘤病史者 （3）排除术前接受过放化疗或激素治疗者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclude metastatic cancer of the cervix. 2.Exclude those with a history of other malignant tumors. 3. Exclude those who have received preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy or hormone therapy;
