研究目的：

探讨前交叉韧带损伤患者同时合并前外侧韧带损伤的独立危险因素，并分析膝关节卡普兰纤维（kf纤维）、Insall-Salvati指数、半月板、胫骨平台后倾角及髁间窝形态等因素之间的协同效应；为关于前交叉韧带损伤相关疾病构建一个综合性的、更具临床实用价值的预测工具提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the independent risk factors for patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury who also have anterior lateral ligament injury, and to analyze the synergistic effects among factors such as the Kaplan fibers of the knee joint (kf fibers), the Insall-Salvati index, the meniscus, the posterior inclination angle of the tibial plateau, and the morphology of the intercondylar fossa; to provide a theoretical basis for constructing a comprehensive and more clinically valuable predictive tool for diseases related to anterior cruciate ligament injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.受伤机制为直接接触性损伤，如车祸、击打、坠落等； 2.合并后交叉韧带、髌韧带等韧带损伤； 3.膝关节外翻或内翻畸形； 4.既往膝关节骨折史； 5.膝关节骨性关节炎者； 6.既往膝关节手术史； 7.膝关节肿瘤或肿瘤样变者； 8.未行MRI检查或MRI图像质量差。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The injury mechanism is direct contact injury, such as car accidents, impacts, falls, etc.; 2.Combined with ligament injuries such as cruciate ligaments and patellar ligaments; 3. Knee joint valgus or varus deformity; 4. History of previous knee joint fractures; 5. Patients with knee joint osteoarthritis; 6. History of previous knee joint surgeries; 7. Patients with knee joint tumors or tumor-like changes; 8. Those who have not undergone MRI examination or have poor quality of MRI images.

通过核磁共振识别膝关节韧带损伤情况，根据纳入排除标准筛选研究对象，收集相关数据进行分析。计划纳入约200例患者，按年龄和性别1:2匹配。前交叉韧带损伤合并前外侧韧带损伤的患者为实验组（损伤组），而其中前外侧韧带未损伤的患者为对照组。使用SPSS 和R 软件进行统计分析。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

The condition of knee joint ligament injuries was identified through nuclear magnetic resonance. The research subjects were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, and relevant data were collected for analysis. Approximately 200 patients were planned to be included, matched 1:2 by age and gender. Patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury combined with anterior lateral ligament injury were assigned to the experimental group (injury group), while those without anterior lateral ligament injury were assigned to the control group. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS and Rsoftware.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集与测量是由俩名影像科医师和骨科医师分组测量与评估MRI图像。数据录入与管理采用 Excel 或 EpiData 建立数据库。数据录入采用双人核对制，即一人录入、一人复核，确保转录数据与原始病历/影像报告一致。对发现的异常值将溯源原始资料进行校正。最终数据导入 SPSS 、R语言 软件进行锁定保存；所有电子数据加密存储于研究者的专用电脑。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection and measurement were conducted by two radiologists and two orthopedic surgeons, who measured and evaluated the MRI images separately. Data entry and management were carried out using Excel or EpiData to establish a database. Data entry was done using a double-checking system, where one person entered the data and another person verified it to ensure that the transcribed data was consistent with the original medical records/medical imaging reports. Any abnormal values found would be traced back to the original materials for correction. The final data were imported into SPSS and R language software for locking and storage; all electronic data were encrypted and stored on the researchers' dedicated computers.
