研究目的：

1. 主要目的： 评估并比较固定低压策略（20-22 cmH₂O）、固定高压策略（28-30 cmH₂O）与常规经验管理，对于降低择期左侧胸科手术患者，在由仰卧位转为侧卧位并固定10分钟后，左侧双腔支气管导管异位发生率的效果。异位将由不知分组的研究者通过纤维支气管镜，依据客观标准（深度、横向、旋转异位）进行判定。 2. 次要目的： 比较三组间术中因导管异位导致严重通气障碍而需紧急干预的发生率。 量化比较三组导管在体位变换过程中的物理位移距离（门齿刻度变化）。 评估三组在单肺通气期间肺隔离的临床质量（由不知分组的外科医生评分）。 比较三组患者术后咽喉部相关并发症（如中重度咽喉痛、声音嘶哑）的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The main objective is to evaluate and compare the effects of the fixed low-pressure strategy (20-22 cmH₂O), the fixed high-pressure strategy (28-30 cmH₂O), and conventional empirical management on reducing the incidence of left double-lumen bronchial catheter ectopic in patients scheduled for elective left thoracic surgery after changing from supine position to lateral position and being fixed for 10 minutes. Ectopic will be determined by researchers who are not grouped through fiberoptic bronchoscopy based on objective criteria (depth, lateral, and rotational ectopic). 2. Secondary objective: To compare the incidence of severe ventilation disorders requiring emergency intervention due to catheter ectopic during the operation among the three groups. Quantitatively compare the physical displacement distances (changes in incisor scales) of the three groups of catheters during the process of body position change. Evaluate the clinical quality of lung isolation during one-lung ventilation in the three groups (scored by surgeons who were unaware of the groups). Compare the incidence of postoperative pharyngol-related complications (such as moderate to severe sore throat and hoarseness) among the three groups of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与本研究；
2.术前咽喉炎症、溃疡、合并哮喘或慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）；
3.困难气道（Mallampati≥3级）；
4.术前存在活动性呼吸道感染、严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病（GOLD 3级及以上）；
5.有咽喉部手术史或外伤史；
6.术中有可能需要更换双腔管型号；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Refuse to participate in this study;
2.Preoperative pharyngitis, ulcers, combined asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD);
3.Difficult airway (Mallampati≥ grade 3);
4.Preoperative active respiratory tract infection and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (GOLD grade 3 or above);
5.There is a history of throat surgery or trauma;
6.It is possible that the model of the double-lumen tube needs to be changed during the operation;
