术前和术后 10 个月拍摄上颌 CBCT(NEWTOM CT, 体素 0.3mm),将相关数据导入到 Mimics 软件,重建同侧上颌骨结构,之后将得 到的上颌骨 STL 文件导入 Geo-magic 软件,对比术前和术后 10 个月上颌结节区 骨体积变化值。(本课题前期研究及既往文献已经证明,术后 10 个月上颌结节区 骨质愈合良好,骨皮质清晰,便于体积测量)

CBCT images of the maxilla were obtained preoperatively and at 10 months postoperatively (NEWTOM CT, voxel size 0.3?mm). The data were imported into Mimics software for three?dimensional reconstruction of the ipsilateral maxilla. The generated STL files of the maxilla were then imported into Geomagic software to compare the bone volume changes in the maxillary tuberosity region between preoperative and 10?month postoperative time points. After the medical records are completed, the relevant information is extracted and entered into an Excel spreadsheet by a dedicated participant. The imaging data is uniformly managed by the hospital's information center, and the relevant materials are obtained through application for analysis.
