研究目的：

本研究基于结直肠癌患者围手术期的肠菌紊乱、吸收代谢差、营养不良等临床表现，将口服营养补充剂与肠道微生态制剂相结合。拟在使用肠道微生态制剂调控围手术期患者肠菌平衡的基础上，通过口服高蛋白且比例适当的营养补充剂，提高患者营养物质吸收率、改善患者营养不良的临床状况；进而，提高患者免疫力、减少炎症反应及术后并发症的发生；最终，降低患者术后住院时间、减轻患者经济负担，改善患者生活质量，降低本区域内结直肠癌的死亡率；同时，为术后放化疗等延续性治疗做好基础准备。  

Objectives of Study：

This study is based on clinical manifestations observed in colorectal cancer patients during the perioperative period—such as intestinal microbiota dysbiosis, impaired nutrient absorption and metabolism, and malnutrition—and integrates oral nutritional supplements with intestinal microecological agents. Specifically, it aims to first regulate perioperative intestinal microbiota balance using intestinal microecological agents, and then administer high-protein oral nutritional supplements with an appropriate nutrient composition to enhance nutrient absorption efficiency and ameliorate clinical malnutrition. Consequently, this approach is expected to boost patients’ immune function, reduce inflammatory responses and postoperative complications. Ultimately, it seeks to shorten postoperative hospital stays, alleviate patients’ financial burden, improve quality of life, and lower the regional mortality rate of colorectal cancer. Simultaneously, it lays a foundation for subsequent adjuvant treatments such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他肠道疾病或免疫系统疾病、严重心血管、呼吸系统疾病和严重代谢性疾病患者；
2.急诊手术者；
3.无法根治性切除手术者；
4.术中出现重大手术意外、抢救后需重症监护患者；
5.术前行放化疗或有使用免疫抑制剂患者；
6.近 1 个月内服用过抗菌药、免疫调节剂、糖皮质激素或肠道益生菌制剂等；
7.对研究用药过敏及其他不能配合完成研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients With Other Gastrointestinal Or Immune System Disorders, Severe Cardiovascular Or Respiratory Diseases, And Severe Metabolic Disorders;
2.Patients Requiring Emergency Surgery;
3.Patients For Whom Curative Resection Is Not Possible;
4.Major Intraoperative Surgical Complications Requiring Intensive Care After Resuscitation;
5.Preoperative Chemoradiotherapy Or Use Of Immunosuppressants;
6.Used Antibiotics, Immunomodulators, Glucocorticoids, Or Intestinal Probiotics Within The Past Month.
7.Allergy To The Investigational Drug And Other Conditions That Prevent The Participant From Completing The Study;
