研究目的：

在随机对照研究框架下构建系统化叙事护理干预方案，评估叙事护理对糖尿病患者PTSD症状、心理健康（如焦虑、抑郁、睡眠质量）及自我管理行为的作用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Within a randomized controlled trial framework, a systematic narrative nursing intervention program will be developed to evaluate the effects of narrative nursing on PTSD symptoms, mental health (e.g., anxiety, depression, and sleep quality), and self-management behaviors in patients with diabetes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重精神疾病（如精神分裂症、双相障碍等）或认知功能障碍者； 2.处于急性发病期或病情不稳定者； 3.在近3个月内接受过系统心理治疗或心理干预者； 4.不愿意或无法坚持完成干预与随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe mental illness (such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.) or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients in acute stage or unstable condition; 3. Received systematic psychological treatment or psychological intervention in the past 3 months; 4. Unwilling or unable to adhere to the intervention and follow-up.

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Before the study begins, standardized training will be provided to all research staff. Assessments will be conducted by researchers who are not involved in the intervention implementation to reduce measurement bias. Data will be entered independently by two researchers and checked for consistency. Narrative data will be anonymized and securely stored by designated personnel.
