研究目的：

评价马来酸麦角新碱注射液与缩宫素注射液联用，用于预防产后出血的安全性和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of combination of Ergometrine Maleate Injection and Oxytocin injection on postpartum hemorrhage.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）有严重的内科合并症者（心脏病、肝病、肾病等）；肝、肾功能异常；或丙氨酸转
氨酶（ALT）和/或天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）值超出正常值上限 2 倍者；或肌酐（Cr）
大于正常值上限者；
2）有严重内分泌疾病者（孕前糖尿病、甲亢等）；
3）妊娠高血压、脓毒症者；
4）生殖道畸形、宫腔感染者；
5）胎盘植入或凶险性前置胎盘者；
6）试产失败，顺产转剖宫产者；
7）腹部手术≥2 次者，分娩≥4 次者；
8）血红蛋白＜90g/L；
9）严重的凝血功能障碍者，或 PT 和/或 APTT 值超过正常值上限者；或血小板数小
于 80×109/L 者；
10）子宫肌瘤单个肌瘤≥5cm；或多发肌瘤个数＞3 个，单个肌瘤≥2cm 者；
11）正在服用 HIV 蛋白酶抑制剂的受试者；
12）对缩宫素或马来酸麦角新碱制剂过敏者；
13）入选前三个月内参加过其他临床研究者；
14）研究者认为不适合参加本试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with severe medical complications (heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease, etc.); abnormal liver and kidney function; or alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and/or aspartate aminotransferase (AST) values is exceeding 2 times of the upper limit of normal value; or creatinine (Cr) is greater than the upper limit of normal;
2) Those with severe endocrine diseases (pre-pregnancy diabetes, hyperthyroidism, etc.);
3) Pregnancy-induced hypertension and sepsis;
4) genital malformations, uterine infections;
5) placenta implant or sinister placenta previa;
6) failure of trial production, transfer to cesarean section;
7) abdominal surgery≥ 2 times, delivery≥ 4 times;
8) hemoglobin <90g / L;
9) Those with severe coagulopathy, or those with a PT and/or APTT value exceeding the upper limit of normal; or those with a platelet count of less than 80×109/L;
10) uterine fibroids alone fibroids ≥ 5cm; or the number of multiple fibroids > 3, a single fibroid ≥ 2cm;
11) subjects who are taking HIV protease inhibitors;
12) Those who are allergic to oxytocin or ergometrine maleate;
13) Those who have participated in other clinical research within the first three months of the selection;
14) The investigator believes that it is not suitable for the participants.
