研究目的：

本项目拟整合基线及系列随访CT数据，开发基于CT图像及临床数据时序分析的深度学习模型，联合病理组学构建多模态预测模型，以优化Ⅲ-Ⅳ期CRC患者的预后预测及个体化治疗决策。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to integrate baseline and serial follow-up CT data to develop a deep learning model based on CT images and longitudinal clinical data, and to combine it with pathology to build a multimodal prediction model, in order to optimize prognosis prediction and individualized treatment decisions for patients with stage III-IV CRC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有其他严重影响健康疾病的患者，如严重的心、脑、肝、肺、肾脏病等的患者； 2.合并其他原发肿瘤的患者； 3.基线或随访CT图像丢失或CT质量不足的患者； 4.治疗过程中于组长单位或参与单位以外的医院进行手术的患者； 5.术后数字病理切片丢失或质量不佳的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other serious health conditions, such as severe heart, brain, liver, lung, or kidney diseases; 2. Patients with other primary tumors; 3. Patients with missing baseline or follow-up CT images or inadequate CT quality; 4. Patients who undergo surgery at a hospital other than the leading or participating institution during the treatment process; 5. Patients with postoperative digital pathology slides that are lost or of poor quality.
