研究目的：

1.本研究使用VR+儿童医疗辅导两种干预方法对5-16岁外周浅静脉留置针肿瘤患儿减轻患儿穿刺疼痛感，消除患儿恐惧、焦虑等不良情绪。 2.通过使用VR+儿童医疗辅导两种干预方法提高患儿对治疗依从性。 3.通过使用VR+儿童医疗辅导两种干预方法提高穿刺成功率，减少并发症发生率，进而促进疾病康复。  

Objectives of Study：

This study employed two intervention methods, VR and pediatric medical counseling, to alleviate the pain of puncture and eliminate negative emotions such as fear and anxiety in children aged 5 to 16 with peripheral superficial vein indwelling needle tumors. 2. By using two intervention methods, namely VR and children's medical counseling, the treatment compliance of children patients can be improved. 3. By using two intervention methods, VR and children's medical counseling, the success rate of puncture can be improved, the incidence of complications can be reduced, and thus the recovery of the disease can be promoted.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有视听障碍疾病、精神病、严重心血管疾病及其他躯体疾病； 2.最进1周服用过止痛药物； 3.穿刺部位皮肤状态异常； 4.中途自愿退出本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have visual or auditory impairments, mental illness, severe cardiovascular diseases or other physical disorders; 2. Have taken pain-relieving drugs in the last 1 week; 3. The skin condition at the puncture site is abnormal; 4. Voluntarily withdrew from this study during the process.

合格参与者将按 1:1 比例随机分配至干预组或对照组，采用计算机生成的区组随机化（区组大小 = 4；Lim & In, 2019）。在完成基线评估后，参与者将按照入组顺序领取不透明、按序编号并密封的信封。研究助理 RA1 在不知晓研究目的的情况下负责生成随机数、准备信封并记录分配结果，但不参与后续研究流程。结局评估员 RA2 将保持对分组情况的盲态。由于干预设计的性质，参与者和干预执行者无法实施分组盲态；但参与者将被要求不要向结局评估员透露其分组信息。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Participants will be randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to intervention or control groups using computer-generated blocked randomisation (block size = 4);. After baseline assessments, opaque, sequentially numbered, sealed envelopes will be distributed according to enrolment order. A research assistant (RA1), blinded to study aims, will generate random numbers, prepare envelopes, and record assignments but will not participate further. The outcome assessor (RA2) will remain blinded to group allocation. Due to the intervention design, blinding of participants and interventionists is not feasible; however, participants will be instructed not to reveal their allocation to outcome assessors.
