The clinical and pathological diagnosis of autoimmune skin diseases ( lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, pemphigus, bullous pemphigoid, herpetic dermatitis, bullous epidermolysis bullosa, various types of psoriasis, allergic vasculitis, white atrophy, allergic purpura, urticaria vasculitis, vitiligo, alopecia areata and alopecia totalis, etc. )

研究目的：

本研究旨在基于ASDs患者的特征分型构建针对性的结构化叙事护理干预方案并检验其有效性，为优化现有护理模式、缓解患者心理困扰、改善生活质量和提高治疗依从性提供理论依据和实践指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to construct a targeted structured narrative nursing intervention program based on the characteristics of ASDs patients and test its effectiveness, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for optimizing the existing nursing model, alleviating patients ' psychological distress, improving the quality of life and improving treatment compliance.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有严重精神疾病无法配合者；
2.病情危重如存在严重感染、生命体征不平稳，不宜参与研究者；
3.正在参与其他心理干预相关临床研究者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe mental illness unable to cooperate;
2.Patients with severe infection and unstable vital signs who are not suitable to participate in the study.
3.Patients who are participating in other clinical studies related to psychological interventions;
