Objectives of Study：

To develop a model to predict clinical complete response and relapse in patients with bullous pemphigoid who received dupilumab.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不满18岁的未成年患者。 2.合并有其他自身免疫性疾病。 3.应用其他生物制剂且无法停药。 4.自启动度普利尤单抗治疗 BP 后未在北京大学第一医院皮肤性病科规律随访满 2 年的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Minor patients under the age of 18 years. 2. Combined with other autoimmune diseases. 3. Use other biological agents and cannot be discontinued. 4. Patients who have not been regularly followed up for at least 2 years in the Department of Dermatology at Peking University First Hospital after self initiated treatment with pembrolizumab for BP.

制作病例记录表采集经纳入排除标准筛选后入组的接受度普利尤单抗治疗的大疱性类天疱疮患者，后使用电子采集和管理系统对患者数据进行整理统筹。
