研究目的：

评估OCT设备测量斜视患者水平直肌止点到角膜巩膜缘的距离的准确性和可靠性，并与术中角规直接测量（金标准）对比。  

Objectives of Study：

A study to evaluate the accuracy and reliability of OCT in measuring the distance from the horizontal rectus muscle insertion to the corneal limbus in strabismus patients, compared against intraoperative direct measurement with calipers (the gold standard).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.眼球手术史；
2.角膜病变影响OCT测量；
3.无法配合检查；

Exclusion criteria：

1.revious ocular surgery;
2.corneal pathologies affecting OCT measurement;
3.inability to cooperate with the examination;

Direct measurement of the distance from the insertion of the lateral rectus muscle to the limbus using a goniometer during strabismus surgery.
