研究目的：

通过建立前瞻性、多中心肺移植临床队列，系统性评估cfDNA片段组学、外周血单细胞测序与蛋白质组学在肺移植后移植物功能障碍监测与预测中的应用价值，构建一个多组学预测模型，以实现对急性肺移植物功能障碍（ALAD）和慢性肺移植物功能障碍（CLAD）的早期识别、动态追踪与机制解析。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study is to construct a multi-omics prediction model capable of the early identification, dynamic monitoring, and mechanistic interrogation of both Acute Lung Allograft Dysfunction (ALAD) and Chronic Lung Allograft Dysfunction (CLAD). This will be achieved through the establishment of a prospective, multicenter clinical cohort to systematically evaluate the application of cfDNA , peripheral blood single-cell sequencing, and proteomics in post-transplant graft dysfunction surveillance and prediction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有活动性恶性肿瘤史或术前5年内有未治愈的恶性肿瘤；
2.有活动性全身感染或明显免疫排斥反应；
3.妊娠或哺乳期女性；
4.研究者认为其他不适合入组的情况（如合并严重心血管疾病、精神疾病，影响随访和研究依从性）；

Exclusion criteria：

1.History of active malignancy or presence of untreated malignancy within 5 years prior to transplantation;
2.Presence of active systemic infection or significant immune rejection;
3.Female patients who are pregnant or lactating;
4.Any other condition deemed by the investigator to be inappropriate for inclusion (e.g., severe cardiovascular comorbidity, psychiatric disorders, or other factors that may compromise follow-up and study compliance);
