研究目的：

通过与健康人群对比，明确癫痫患者的脑结构损伤特征、功能神经网络损伤特征，同时将神经影像学指标与药物疗效及神经心理学评分相结合，寻找与认知水平、神经精神共病相关的影像学标志物。通过以上参数构建癫痫患者耐药、神经精神共病相关早筛预测模型，以期加深对癫痫疾病机制的理解，为癫痫患者的精准诊断、早期干预、转归预测提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing with healthy populations, we aim to clarify the characteristics of brain structural and functional damage in epilepsy patients, and combine neuroimaging indicators with drug efficacy and neuropsychological scores to identify imaging markers related to cognitive levels and neuropsychiatric comorbidities. By using parameters above, we focus on constructing early screening and prediction models related to drug resistance and neuropsychiatric comorbidities in epilepsy patients, with the aim of deepening the understanding of epilepsy disease mechanisms and providing a basis for precise diagnosis, early intervention, and outcome prediction for epilepsy patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.体内有金属物植入者：如人工耳蜗装置、心脏起搏器等，干扰影响检查结果； 2.有其他神经精神疾病病史(如脑外伤, 精神分裂症)； 3临床症状显著的系统性疾病； 4.不能保持配合MEG和MRI数据采集； 5.预期不能遵守知情同意书和完成研究的参与者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with metal implants in the body: such as cochlear implants, pacemakers, etc., which may interfere with the test results; 2. History of other neurological or psychiatric disorders (e.g., brain trauma, schizophrenia); 3. Systemic diseases with significant clinical symptoms; 4. Unable to cooperate with MEG and MRI data acquisition; 5. Participants expected to be unable to comply with the informed consent form and complete the study.
