数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究团队通过纸质版问卷发放与调查，回收问卷后，研究团队对原始数据进行核查后，统一录入Excel表格进行数据管理与初步整理。 所有数据均匿名化处理，仅用于本研究分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The research team distributed and conducted surveys through paper questionnaires. After collecting the questionnaires, the team verified the original data and uniformly entered it into an Excel table for data management and preliminary organization. All data have been anonymized and are only used for the analysis of this study.
