研究目的：

本研究旨在构建并验证一套基于认知行为疗法的分阶段护理路径，以降低无痛结肠镜检查者的心理恐惧，提高检查的依从性和舒适性。具体目标包括：分析无痛结肠镜检查恐惧现状及影响因素。开发基于认知行为疗法的分阶段护理路径，包括预约期、准备期和检查期的核心干预方案。通过随机对照试验验证该护理路径的效果，包括生理指标、恐惧评分、依从性评分、肠道准备质量、并发症发生情况等。探索该护理路径的基层适配改造方案，确保其在基层医疗机构的可操作性和可持续性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop and validate a phased care pathway based on cognitive behavioral therapy to reduce psychological fear in patients undergoing sedated colonoscopy, thereby improving examination compliance and comfort. Specific objectives include: analyzing the current status and influencing factors of fear associated with sedated colonoscopy. Develop a CBT-based, phased care pathway encompassing core intervention protocols for the appointment phase, preparation phase, and examination phase. Validate the pathway's efficacy through a randomized controlled trial, evaluating physiological indicators, fear scores, compliance ratings, bowel preparation quality, and complication rates. Explore adaptation strategies for primary care settings to ensure the pathway's operational feasibility and sustainability in community-based medical institutions.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有严重心肝肾等功能不全者；
2.合并高血压者；
3.合有神经系统、精神及认知障碍者；
4.急诊患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with severe combined dysfunction of the heart, liver, and kidneys;
2.Individuals with combined hypertension;
3.Individuals with neurological, psychiatric, and cognitive impairments;
4.Emergency patients;
