研究目的：

建立我国儿童IPD登记平台，总结该病的临床特点，包括发病年龄、感染类型、易感人群及高危因素、合理用药现状评估、不良预后风险的评估与预警等，以引起对本病规范诊治和管理的重视，加强该病的防治和管理。统一规范收集并管理多中心来源的侵袭性肺炎链球菌菌株，深入分析研究包括菌株分型、细菌耐药等在内的病原学特征，为本病的预防与合理治疗策略提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

The Invasive pneumococcal disease (IPD) monitoring platform for children in China was established to summarize the clinical characteristics of IPD, including the age of onset, type of infection, susceptible population and risk factors, assessment of antimicrobial drug use and prognostic factors, etc., as to raise attention to the standardized diagnosis and treatment of IPD in children and to encourage further actions in the prevention and management of this disease. This platform serves to collect and manage the multi-center sources of invasive streptococcus pneumoniae strains in a unified and standardized way, and conduct in-depth analysis and research on the pathogenic characteristics, including strain types and bacterial drug resistance, in order to provide reference for the prevention and reasonable treatment strategies of this disease.
