研究目的：

本研究主要目的旨在结合系统分析急性脑动脉闭塞患者术前影像及实验室指标，溶栓、取栓时间，术中手术方案等因素的预测模型，用于个体化预测急性大血管闭塞性卒中患者取栓后功能独立（mRS0-2）的概率，识别与功能独立显著相关的独立预测因素，为临床提供更精准的预防和治疗策略。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study was to systematically analyze multiple factors in patients with acute cerebral artery occlusion, including preoperative imaging findings, laboratory parameters, thrombolysis and thrombectomy timing, and intraoperative surgical strategies, and to establish a predictive model. This model was applied for the individualized prediction of the probability of functional independence (mRS score 0–2) following thrombectomy in patients with acute large vessel occlusion stroke, identify independent predictors significantly associated with functional independence, and provide more precise preventive and therapeutic strategies for clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1年龄大于等于80周岁； 2预计生存期小于1年； 3处在围孕产期的患者； 4意识状态异常无法与人正常沟通者； 5化验、检查不完善。 6无法遵从实验方案和/或随访 7卒中发病前MRS≥4

Exclusion criteria：

1.Age ≥ 80 years. 2.Expected survival of less than 1 year. 3.Peri-pregnancy and perinatal patients. 4.Patients with impaired consciousness who are unable to communicate normally. 5.Incomplete laboratory tests and imaging examinations. 6.Unable to comply with the study protocol and/or follow-up. 7.Premorbid mRS score ≥ 4 prior to stroke onset.
