研究目的：

本研究立足于目前内感受、情绪调节与非自杀性自伤（NSSI）三者关联研究的缺口，聚焦于探讨将内感受训练整合至以情绪调节为核心的认知行为疗法（CBT）框架中的干预效果。具体目的如下：（一）评估该干预方案对 NSSI 行为的改善作用；（二）探讨其对 NSSI 青少年群体情绪失调的改善作用；（三）检验其对 NSSI 青少年群体内感受能力（含准确性、敏感性、觉知）的提升效果，最终为 NSSI 临床干预提供针对性方案与理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

Based on the gap in the current research on the relationship between interoception, emotion regulation, and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), this study focuses on the intervention effect of integrating interoception training into the framework of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with emotion regulation as the core. Specific objectives are as follows: (1) assess the effect of the intervention on NSSI behaviors; (2) to explore the effects of the intervention on emotional dysregulation in adolescents with NSSI; (3) To examine the effects of the intervention on interoceptive competence (including accuracy, sensitivity, and awareness) in adolescents with NSSI, and to provide targeted programs and theoretical basis for clinical intervention of NSSI.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

NSSI青少年的排除标准：（1）蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）分数<26；（2）存在自杀未遂史；（3）存在脑器质性病变；（4）患有强迫症、双相情感障碍、精神分裂症、躁狂或边缘型人格障碍；（5）曾有完整的认知行为疗法治疗史，或在参与本研究团辅活动的同时参与其他病房治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for adolescents with NSSI: (1) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score <26; (2) history of attempted suicide; (3) organic brain lesions; (4) obsessive-compulsive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, mania or borderline personality disorder; (5) patients had a complete history of CBT treatment or participated in other ward treatment while participating in the supplementary activities of the study group.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	数据采集中，通过纸质CRF收集被试的基本信息、临床症状量表得分、自评问卷等信息。通过iView XTM RED和E-prime软件收集眼动和行为数据。通过生理记录设备nexus-10 收集皮肤电导和心率数据。数据存储中，保留原始纸质问卷，同时录入excel电子表格。行为数据与生理数据同样保留备份原始数据。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	In data collection, basic information about participants, scores from clinical symptom scales, and self-report questionnaires were collected using paper Case Record Forms (CRFs). Eye-tracking and behavioral data were recorded using iView XTM RED and E-prime software. Skin conductance and heart rate data were collected through the physiological recording device Nexus-10. For data storage, the original paper questionnaires will be retained, while the data will also be entered into Excel spreadsheets. Backups of the original data will be kept for both behavioral data and physiological data.
