本研究分为三个部分,第一部分为“ADHD与正常发育儿童执行功能的比较”,这一部分是一个横断面研究,主要是儿童执行功能行为评定问卷(BRIEF)和基于实验室的执行功能范式比较ADHD儿童和正常发育的儿童之间的差异。通过基本问卷和量表调查儿童的信息,包括年龄、性别、年级、身高、体重、是否吃药、智商,父母受教育程度、父母职业、执行功能(儿童执行功能行为评定问卷,BRIEF)、 ADHD核心倾向(SNAP-IV 评定量表和Conners' 评定量表)、工作记忆和抑制控制。研究一测量指标:执行功能、SNAP-IV 量表、Conners' 评定量表、工作记忆和抑制控制。 第二部分为“ADHD儿童身体活动与执行功能表现的关联研究”,这一部分是一个横断面研究,研究对象为6-12岁的ADHD儿童,主要是探究ADHD儿童的身体活动行为与执行功能表现的关联性研究。通过基本问卷和量表调查儿童的信息,包括年龄、性别、年级、身高、体重、是否吃药、智商,父母受教育程度、父母职业、睡眠习惯(儿童睡眠习惯问,CSHQ)、执行功能(儿童执行功能行为评定问卷,BRIEF)、情绪行为问题(长处与困难问卷,SDQ)、ADHD核心倾向(SNAP-IV 评定量表和Conners' 评定量表),通过加速度计监测儿童青少年体力活动水平。研究二测量指标:执行功能、儿体力活动水平评价、SNAP-IV 量表、Conners' 评定量表、睡眠习惯和情绪行为问题。 第三部分为“12周运动干预对ADHD儿童执行功能表现影响及其神经机制”,本研究采用随机对照试验设计,旨在深入探究长期运动干预对ADHD儿童执行功能影响及其神经机制。本研究的干预措施一共分为两种,分别为运动组和健康教育组,每次干预90分钟,每周进行两次的干预,总共12周。第一次干预前和最后一次干预后要对儿童的相关数据进行收集。 |

This study is divided into three parts: Part 1: Comparison of Executive Function in Children with ADHD and Typically Developing Children This part is a cross-sectional study, mainly comparing the differences in executive function between children with ADHD and typically developing children using the Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function (BRIEF) and laboratory-based executive function paradigms. Information on children will be collected through basic questionnaires and scales, including age, gender, grade, height, weight, medication status, IQ, parental education level, parental occupation, sleep habits (Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire, CSHQ), executive function (Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, BRIEF), emotional and behavioral problems (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, SDQ), behavioral problems (CBCL, Conners' Rating Scales, CRS), ADHD core tendencies (SNAP-IV Rating Scale), and assessment of physical activity level in children and adolescents. Part 2: Study on the Association between Physical Activity and Executive Function Performance in Children with ADHD This part is a cross-sectional study. The study population consists of children with ADHD aged 6-12 years, mainly investigating the association between physical activity behavior and executive function performance in children with ADHD. Information on children will be collected through basic questionnaires and scales, including age, gender, grade, height, weight, medication status, IQ, parental education level, parental occupation, sleep habits (Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire, CSHQ), executive function (Behavior Rating Inventory of Executive Function, BRIEF), emotional and behavioral problems (Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire, SDQ), behavioral problems (CBCL, Conners' Rating Scales, CRS), and ADHD core tendencies (SNAP-IV Rating Scale). Physical activity level in children and adolescents will be monitored using accelerometers. Part 3: Effects of 12-Week Exercise Intervention on Executive Function Performance and Neural Mechanisms in Children with ADHD This study adopts a randomized controlled trial design, aiming to deeply explore the impact of long-term exercise intervention on executive function and its neural mechanisms in children with ADHD. The intervention measures are divided into two groups: the exercise group and the health education group. Each intervention session lasts 90 minutes, conducted twice a week, for a total of 12 weeks. Relevant data from the children will be collected before the first intervention and after the last intervention. |

2. 排除标准 (1). 除患注意缺陷多动障碍,还患有其他发育行为性疾病和精神系统疾病者(如自闭症谱系障碍、双向情感障碍等); (2). 在干预过程中药物使用情况会有调整者; (3). 排除有严重疾病不宜运动者(如心脏病、哮喘等); (4). 参考《中国2-18岁儿童青少年超重和肥胖筛查体重指数介值点的研究》,相应年龄段身体指数(Body Mass Index, BMI)为超重或者肥胖的受试者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
2. Exclusion criteria (1). Comorbidity of other neurodevelopmental or psychiatric disorders (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, Bipolar Disorder) in addition to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactive Disorder; (2). Anticipated adjustments to medication regimen during the intervention period; (3). Presence of severe medical conditions contraindicating physical exercise (e.g., congenital heart disease, severe asthma); (4). Overweight or obesity, defined as a Body Mass Index (BMI) exceeding the age-specific cut-off points according to the Body Mass Index Reference Norms for Screening Overweight and Obesity in Chinese Children and Adolescents (2–18 years). |

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method): |
This Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) will first stratify participants based on their medication use status. Subsequently, stratified participants will be allocated in a 1:1 ratio to either the exercise intervention group or the health education active control group using a variable block randomization method. The randomization sequence will be generated using random numbers from SPSS (IBM, Chicago, IL, USA). An independent statistician, not involved in the clinical trial, will develop and manage the randomization schedule. Each random assignment will then be sealed in an opaque envelope. Following randomization, outcome assessors will remain blinded to group allocation. However, due to the inherent nature of exercise interventions and health education interventions, participants and primary investigators will not be blinded to group assignment. |
