随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

随机化序列由一位独立的生物统计学家使用 SAS 软件(版本 9.4,SAS 公司,北卡罗来纳州卡里市)生成。采用了块大小为 6 的随机分组设计,以确保组间的分配均衡。通过使用连续编号、不透明且密封的信封来保证分组的保密性。负责招募工作的研究助理并不知晓随机序列。他们打开信封,将参与者分配到干预组或对照组。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method):

The randomization sequence was generated by an independent biostatistician using the SAS software (version 9.4, SAS Company, Cary, North Carolina). A randomization grouping design with a block size of 6 was adopted to ensure balanced allocation of groups. The confidentiality of the group assignment was achieved by using sequential numbers, opaque and sealed envelopes. The research assistants responsible for recruitment were not aware of the random sequence. They opened the envelopes and assigned the participants to the intervention group or the control group.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

学期结束后由研究者发起考试并发起问卷调查,产生相应成绩及满意度,所有研究采集的学生考试成绩原始数据及教学满意度调查结果和管理均由项目负责人负责采集和统一管理

After the end of the semester, the researchers will initiate the examinations and conduct the questionnaires, generating corresponding grades and satisfaction levels. All the original student examination scores collected during the research, as well as the results of the teaching satisfaction surveys and management, will be collected and uniformly managed by the project leader.
