探讨急性前循环近端大血管闭塞血管内治疗中使用solitaire 和trevo取栓支架的效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of solitaire and trevo thrombectomy in the treatment of acute anterior circulation proximal large vessel occlusion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）计算机断层扫描（CT）确定有颅内出血；2）阿尔伯塔脑卒中计划早期诊断评分（ASPCTS）<6分；3）不宜行CTA/MRA/DSA检查；4）未使用Trevo支架或Solitaire支架进行取栓；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Computed tomography (CT) to determine intracranial hemorrhage;
2) Alberta Stroke Plan Early Diagnostic Score (ASPCTS) <6 points;
3) Not suitable for CTA/MRA/DSA;
4) Not using Trevo Stent or Solitaire, The stent is subjected to thrombectomy;
