研究目的：

探讨不同下肢神经阻滞在膝关节镜手术中应用的有效性及对不同年龄患者临床转归的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of different lower limb nerve block in knee arthroscopic surgery and its effect on clinical outcomes of patients of different ages.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血障碍或正接受抗凝治疗；
2.穿刺部位感染；
3.糖尿病周围神经病变；
4.长期服用阿片类镇痛药或酗酒者；
5.精神、认知障碍;
6.焦虑或抑郁患者；
7.孕妇或产妇；
8.其他研究者认为不适合本研究的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation disorder or receiving anticoagulation therapy;
2. Infection of puncture site;
3. Diabetic peripheral neuropathy;
4. Long-term opioid analgesics or alcoholism;
5. Mental and cognitive disorders;
6. Patients with anxiety or depression;
7. Pregnant or lying-in women;
8. Other situations that are considered inappropriate for this study by other researchers.
