研究目的：

主要目的：比较BSR与ESD治疗直径≤1 cm胃固有肌层来源SMTs的手术时间与直接耗材成本；次要目的： 1.比较两组的肿瘤整块切除率与R0（切缘阴性）切除率； 2.比较两组术中及术后不良事件（出血、穿孔、感染等）的发生率； 3.评估BSR术式的短期疗效（术后3、6、12个月复发情况）。

Objectives of Study：

Primary objective: To compare the operation time and direct material costs of BSR and ESD in treating gastric submucosal tumors (SMTs) originating from the muscularis propria with a diameter ≤1 cm; Secondary objectives: 1. To compare the en bloc resection rate and R0 (negative margin) resection rate between the two groups; 2. To compare the incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse events (bleeding, perforation, infection, etc.) between the two groups; 3. To evaluate the short-term efficacy of the BSR procedure (recurrence at 3, 6, and 12 months postoperatively).

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.凝血功能显著异常（INR > 1.5，或血小板计数 < 80×10^9/L）； 2.病变内镜下提示高风险特征（如表面溃疡形成、边缘不规则）； 3.妊娠或哺乳期妇女； 4.既往有胃部手术史（可能影响手术区域）； 5.合并其他严重系统性疾病，预期生存期 < 1年； 6.无法配合完成研究随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Significant coagulation dysfunction (INR > 1.5, or platelet count < 80×10^9/L); 2. High-risk features indicated by endoscopy of the lesion (such as surface ulceration, irregular margins); 3. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4. History of gastric surgery (which may affect the surgical area); 5. Concurrent severe systemic diseases with an expected survival of less than 1 year; 6. Inability to comply with study follow-up.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	本研究数据采集采用纸质/电子病例报告表（CRF）进行，由经过培训的研究人员填写。数据管理使用电子数据采集与管理系统（EDC），采用双人独立录入，并进行逻辑核查与范围校验。数据存储于设有权限管理的安全数据库中，研究结束后数据库将被锁定并保存至少5年。纸质CRF将存档于研究科室。
Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	Data will be collected using paper-based or electronic Case Report Forms (CRF) completed by trained research personnel. Data management will be performed using an Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system. Data will be entered independently by two individuals, followed by logic and range checks. All data will be stored in a secure, access-controlled database. The database will be locked at the end of the study and retained for at least 5 years. Paper CRFs will be archived in the research department.
